Glen Ellyn Multi-Level Poolscape
Located in Glen Ellyn, this new construction home had many design and installation challenges to overcome. An 18’ grade change from main-level to ground plane made multiple levels necessary.
With a significant grade change to overcome, our design team planned and executed an expansive pool deck on the ground level, along with a large outdoor kitchen and fireplace lounge space.
Using both natural stone and concrete based building materials, the large terrace was scaled down a bit visually by including potted plants. A Large, two-level deck was added to solve our design issue, as well as add additional seating/gathering spaces. The fireplace was constructed near the pool area to extend the patio’s usage after hours and late into the season.
