From Concept...To Completion

The Initial Call
In the initial call, we will collect your personal contact information such as your name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address, landscaping needs, etc. We then match you with a landscape architect that fits your landscaping desires. He/she will contact you and set an appointment at your convenience in the comfort of your own home.
The Consultation
During the first consultation at your home, our landscape architect will interact with you to generate ideas to gain a clearer vision of your landscaping needs. He/she will take pictures, review photos, and exchange ideas for what you are looking for. At the end of the meeting, you will have a timeline of when you will receive the drawing/proposal and a possible timeframe for construction.
The Design
Your thoughts and ideas guide the third step, the designing. Back at our office, our landscape architects aspire to create the perfect design in a timely manor. Along with the design a detailed proposal will be created based on the design produced.
The Presentation
We will contact you once the design is complete to set up an appointment for us to come to your home to present our vision and the price to construct. At this time if you would like to proceed with CB Conlin Landscapes for your project we require a signed contract and down payment to reserve you a spot on our construction calendar. If you would like to see revisons/changes made to the design we will ask for a retainer of services and to continue our working relationship.
Finalize Layout & Permit Process
You’ve signed up to work with us. Now the fun starts! We will then finalize the layout with you and start preparing the necessary permit documents for submittal if your project should need one. We will then finalize your materials choices with you to prepare for the construction phase.
Construction
As your construction date approaches we will keep you informed on the projected start date. Once construction begins we will keep you informed on progress and and possible changes that could possibly improve upon the original plan.
Completion & Aftercare
We will work as efficiently as possible to complete your project in a timely manner to give you as much time to enjoy it as possible. Once the project is complete we will provide you with plant and hardscape aftercare instructions to make sure your new investment continues to shine.
Maintenance Options
For our discerning clients who want a beautifully manicured landscape year-round we have a residential maintenance division capable of doing just that. If you would like an estimate on maintenance services your Designer can assist you with that after the project is complete!
