Barry Conlin
Owner
Barry (Carter is first name) started CB Conlin Landscapes back in 1985. Barry’s interest in landscape started very early at Naperville Central High School and continued in his studies at Southern Illinois University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Plant and Soil Science. Barry is a Licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) in Illinois. His is very proud to be a member of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce as well as a 35-year member of the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association. He credits the ILCA for a lot of his knowledge with all the educational offerings and networking over the years. What Barry has most enjoyed are all the wonderful relationships he has experienced over the years with Clients, fellow Landscape Professionals and especially his talented Staff.
Barry has three wonderful grown children named Carter, Amanda, and Michael. The newest addition to the family is Arthur, their first Grandchild! Both Barry and Patty are so thrilled to become grandparents and never knew how much little Arthur would transform their lives with so much love.
SCOTT LUCCHETTI
Lead Landscape Designer
Scott has been the Lead Landscape Designer at CB Conlin Landscapes since 2013. He is responsible for leading the design department and overseeing bidding, scheduling, construction, and marketing efforts.
He graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture in 2007. He began his career working in a Chicago-based design-only firm designing large-scale urban public spaces. He shifted his focus to the high-end residential side of the profession in 2011 and couldn’t be happier with the transition. Scott loves the challenge of discovering new and creative ways for clients to truly enjoy life outside.
Scott has won numerous awards for residential design and construction through the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association including gold awards in 2016 and 2018 and a silver award in 2020. He has also been featured on HGTV.com’s Designer Spotlight and had a project featured in Great Backyards Magazine for the top 100 Backyards of 2013.
Scott resides in Batavia, Illinois with his wife Kim and two children. He spends his time away from work driving his kids all over the place for sporting events and truly enjoying life with his family.
MICKI SCHUTT
Senior Landscape Designer
Micki has been a Landscape Designer at CB Conlin Landscapes since 2026.
She grew up in Lisle, spending many days exploring the Morton Arboretum which helped guide her to a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in 2012, followed by a yearlong internship at the Chicago Botanic Garden. Since 2013 she has been working in high-end residential design from the Northshore through the Western suburbs. Her favorite part of the job is finding inspiration from the house to help connect to the landscape to create a truly unique and cohesive design.
Micki resides in Wheaton, Illinois with her husband. In her free time she loves reading, baking, traveling, and hiking.
TRISTAN RAZZETTI
Construction Manager
Tristan joined the CB Conlin Landscapes team in the spring of 2024.
He began his career in 2020 working as a Project Manager hardscape and masonry company in the North Shore. In his role as Construction Manager, Tristan is responsible for new project installation. He oversees scheduling, both in-house & subcontractor management, and is responsible for day-to-day construction operations.
He now resides in Naperville; however, he has spent much of his life living throughout the Americas and the United States. When not at work, he enjoys spending time friends & family, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.
NEAL ROZEMA
Operations Manager
Neal has been the Operations and Maintenance Manager at CB Conlin Landscapes since 2015.
He graduated from Blackhawk College with an Associate Degree in Horticulture in 2001. Neal’s role as Operations Manager includes maintenance supervisor, purchaser, snow commander and designer. Neal’s passion is creating relationships with clients that last after the install.
Neal resides in Yorkville, Illinois with his wife Carrie and five young children Judge, Joseph, Joshua, Jeremiah, and Nyla. He spends his time away from work as a motivational and spiritual speaker. Neal has earned a double masters degree in outreach and evangelism from Oral Roberts University.
Neal was recently hired as a full-time Pastor at his church, but is still working with CB Conlin Landscapes on a part-time basis to ensure our maintenance and enhancement clients are well taken care of.
MITCH BELL
Director of Strategy and Finance
Mitch joined CB Conlin Landscapes in 2026, bringing 15 years of experience in Big Four accounting and corporate finance. After a career advising large organizations on financial strategy, he jumped at the opportunity to join the family business and help build something closer to home. At CB Conlin, Mitch partners with the team to align operations and financial strategy around a single purpose: giving the company the foundation to deliver exceptional client experience and grow for years to come.
Outside of work, Mitch spends his time where it matters most — with his wife Mandy and their three kids, Arthur, Nathaniel, and Grace
CYNDI O'TOOLE
Office Manager
Cyndi has been the Office Manager at CB Conlin Landscapes since 2017.
She graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Accounting. Cyndi’s role as Office Manager includes customer relations, accounting & HR functions, contract, vendor, and subcontractor management, as well as many other general administrative duties.
Cyndi resides in Naperville, Illinois with her husband Kevin and three children, Drew, Chris and Libby. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and reading.
ANSELMO GONZALEZ
Yard Manager
Anselmo has been the Yard Manager at CB Conlin Landscapes since 2022. He began his career as a hardscape foreman; a title he held from 1995 to 2022. His wealth of knowledge and expertise in the area of hardscape construction is second to none.
GELACIO PATINO
Hardscape Foreman
Gelacio started his career at CB Conlin Landscapes as a hardscape crew member in 1990 and was promoted to hardscape foreman in 2010. Gelacio came to us with over 10 years of previous experience and has been a key factor in the growth of our hardscape department.
MIGUEL CANO
Hardscape Foreman
Miguel started his career at CB Conlin Landscapes as a hardscape crew member in 1995 and was promoted to hardscape foreman in 2015. Miguel came to us with 5 years of previous experience and has helped in the construction of some of our most difficult projects to date.
CIRILO HERNANDEZ
Landscape Foreman
Cirilo started his career at CB Conlin Landscapes as a landscape foreman in 1986 and has remained the senior landscape foreman ever since. We believe his plant installation and care knowledge as well as his attention to detail truly help set CB Conlin projects apart.
MANUEL SALAZAR
Maintenance Foreman
Manuel started his career at CB Conlin Landscapes as a maintenance crew member in 1995 and was promoted to maintenance foreman in 2005.
CRESCENCIO MALAGON
Maintenance Foreman
Crescencio started his career at CB Conlin Landscapes as a maintenance crew member in 2004 and was promoted to maintenance foreman in 2009.
