During the initial consultation at your home, we will take pictures and ask as many questions as possible, so we have a clear understanding on how you intend on using your outdoor space both now and in the future. We will make suggestions based on our expertise and experience to make sure you’ve considered all possibilities. Our designer will ask for a copy of your plat of survey, which is necessary for us to make sure our design abides by local codes and ordinances. By the end of the meeting, you will be presented with a timeline on the completion of your design and a potential timeline for construction.

Our favorite step in the process, your wants and needs paired with our experience, expertise, and artistry come together to create a landscape design that we are proud to put our name on. Once we finalize the design, a detailed proposal will be created based on the design produced. We then finish up your presentation packet and contact you to set up a time to unveil your new landscape.

We will contact you once the presentation packet is complete to set up an appointment to present your design in the comfort of your home. If after the meeting you would like to proceed with the presented project, we ask for a signed copy of the proposal and a down payment to reserve you a spot on our construction calendar. If you would like to see revisions to the design before officially committing, we may ask for a retainer of services to continue our working relationship.

The next step is to start preparing the necessary permit documents for submittal if your project should need one. We will then finalize your layout and material choices with you to prepare for the construction phase. Our designers will walk you through every step of the decision-making process to ensure we leave no stone unturned, and the final result exceeds your expectations.

As your construction date approaches, we will keep you informed on the projected start date. Once construction begins, we will keep you informed daily on progress and possible changes that could improve upon the original plan. Our construction team has decades of experience bringing our visions to life in a timely and efficient manner.

We will work as efficiently as possible to complete your project in a timely manner to give you as much time to enjoy your new outdoor space as possible. Once the project is complete, we will provide you with plant and hardscape aftercare instructions to make sure you know how to protect your new investment, so it continues to shine for the days, months, and years after completion.
