Barry Conlin
Owner
Barry (Carter is first name) started CB Conlin Landscapes back in 1985. Barry’s interest in landscape started very early at Naperville Central High School and continued in his studies at Southern Illinois University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Plant and Soil Science. Barry is a Licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) in Illinois. His is very proud to be a member of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce as well as a 35 year member of
the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association. He credits the ILCA for a lot of his knowledge with all the educational offerings and networking over the years. What Barry has most enjoyed are all the wonderful relationships he has experienced over the years with Clients, fellow Landscape Professionals and especially his talented Staff. He has three wonderful grown children named Carter, Amanda, and Michael. The newest addition to the family is Arthur, their
first Grandchild! Both Barry and Patty are so thrilled to become grandparents and never knew how much little Arthur would transform their lives with so much love.
SCOTT LUCCHETTI
Lead Landscape Designer
Scott Lucchetti has been the Lead Landscape Designer at CB Conlin Landscapes since 2013.
He graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture in 2007. He began his career working in a Chicago-based firm designing large-scale urban public spaces. He shifted his focus to the residential side of the profession in 2011 and couldn’t be happier with the transition. Scott loves the challenge of discovering new and creative ways for clients to truly enjoy their experience outdoors.
Scott has won numerous awards for Residential Design and Construction through the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association including Gold Awards in 2016 and 2018 and a Silver Award in 2020. He has also been featured on HGTV.com’s Designer Spotlight and had a project featured in Great Backyards Magazine for the top 100 Backyards of 2013.
Scott resides in Batavia, Illinois with his wife Kim and two young children. He spends his time away from work enjoying the outdoors with his family and coaching both of his children’s soccer teams.
CARTER CONLIN
Landscape Designer
Carter is married to the love of his life, Ashley! They live together in Naperville with their crazy dog Leonidas. Carter has been on the team at C.B. Conlin Landscapes for 15 years.
Carter attended Santa Barbara City College in California and College of Dupage. He very much enjoys attending the educational and fun events that the ILCA (Illinois Landscape Contractors Assoc.) puts on. He attended and loved the renowned and intense Mike Lin 10-day seminar on design, rendering, and 3D . He participates in all assets of the business including landscape design and advisory, construction, scheduling, marketing, and rendering.
NEAL ROZEMA
Operations Manager
Neal Rozema has been the Operations Manager at CB Conlin Landscapes since 2015.
He graduated from Blackhawk College with an Associate Degree in Horticulture in 2001. Neal’s role as Operations Manager includes maintenance supervisor, purchaser, snow commander and designer. Neal’s passion is creating relationships with clients that last after the install.
Neal resides in Yorkville, Illinois with his wife Carrie and five young children Judge, Joseph, Joshua, Jeremiah, and Nyla. He spends his time away from work as a motivational and spiritual speaker. He is also heavily involved with his church and is very active in helping troubled people who struggle with addiction. Neal is also attending Oral Roberts University to get his degree in outreach and evangelism.
CYNDI O'TOOLE
Office Manager
Cyndi O’Toole has been the Office Manager at CB Conlin Landscapes since 2017.
She graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Accounting. Cyndi’s role as Office Manager includes customer relations, accounting & HR functions, contract, vendor, and subcontractor management, as well as many other general administrative duties.
Cyndi resides in Naperville, Illinois with her husband Kevin and three children, Drew, Chris and Libby. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and reading.
